As part of the presentation, we will discuss our next potential rate increase and explain what it means for your bill. Like most of the nation, we face a looming crisis because of an aging infrastructure. The American Society of Civil Engineers estimates that $1.6 trillion is needed over a five-year period to bring the nation's infrastructure to a good condition. Consider these facts:
