Public Hearings for the Fiscal Year 2011
Preliminary Proposed Capital and Operating Budget
WSSC will hold two public hearings on the Fiscal Year 2011 Proposed Capital and Operating Budget, which commences on July 1, 2010.
The Hearing dates and times are as follows:
Prince George’s County
Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at 7:30 p.m.
RMS Building, Room 308

Montgomery County
Thursday, February 4, 2010 at 7:30 p.m.

7th Floor Council Hearing Room

Rockville, MD 20850
If either of the scheduled public hearings is cancelled because of weather, an additional public hearing will be held on February 10, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. at the WSSC RGH Building, 14501 Sweitzer Lane, Laurel MD.
If you are unable to attend a hearing and wish to submit a written statement for inclusion in the record, you may email them to scohen@wsscwater.com, or mail them to Ms. Sheila S. Cohen, Budget Group Leader, WSSC, 14501 Sweitzer Lane, Laurel MD 20707. The public hearing record will remain open until February 16, 2010
After public comment, the FY 2011 Proposed Budget will be transmitted to the County Executives and Councils of Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties by March 1, 2010.
Copies of the Fiscal Year 2011 Preliminary Proposed Budget will be available on or before January 15, 2010, on WSSC’s website at www.wsscwater.com/budget/, and from the WSSC Communications and Community Relations Office, Room 1063, 14501 Sweitzer Lane, Laurel, MD 20707, or by telephone 301-206-8100.
